The Flower Fountain uses running water to encourage your pet to drink more. Drinking regularly is important for your cat's health as it helps ensure proper kidney function and prevents crystal formation that can lead to urinary diseases.Unlike bowls, the Catit Flower Fountain pushes only filtered, running water to the surface, preventing your cat from having access to dirty water.
The Catit Triple Action filter removes magnesium and calcium from tap water. These minerals can accumulate in your pet's lower urinary tract and lead to urinary tract diseases, which is a common health issue for cats. Additionally, this high-performance filter removes chlorine odours and bacteria, and retains stray hairs, sediment, and debris.
Since cats are picky drinkers, Catit developed the Flower Fountain to feature 3 different settings: a gentle water flow, a bubbling top, or calm streams.
The Catit Flower Fountain's compact 3L (100 fl oz) water reservoir was designed to take up little floor space, while offering more clean water and is much more stable in comparison to other fountains.
