When will my order be despatched?
87% of our orders are despatched same day or next day!
Which couriers do you use?
All Brighton, Hove and Shoreham orders are delivered via our lovely driver Dave. You might even spot his van out and about the local area with his smiling face adorn the black delivery van. Make sure to give him a smile and a wave as he endeavours to deliver all the food, treats and toys for the areas pets.
Any other orders are despatched using DPD, APC or Royal Mail.
If you would like to request a specific courier please make a note of this in the delivery note section during checkout.
