We offer several convenient options to receive your pet products, whether you'd like to collect from one of our stores or if you'd like us to post your items to you!
We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £49.99 (Excluding Scotland & Northern Ireland). All orders under £49.99 will have a £5.99 delivery charge.
For orders to Scotland and Northern Ireland a delivery charge of £8.99 will be applied.

Available for BN1, BN2, BN3 postcodes and surrounding areas.
Orders placed before 11am Monday–Friday are usually delivered the same day or next day. Orders after 11am are not guaranteed to be delivered the same day(excluding weekends and bank holidays). We use Royal Mail, EVRI, Yodel and DPD Next Day services.
Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed on the same or next working day. Standard shipping typically takes 2–3 days, and priority shipping usually arrives within 1–2 days*.

Choose collection from Brighton (Baker Street, Brighton), Hollingbury (Crowhurst Road, Brighton) or Hove (Portland Road) at checkout.
Your order is usually ready within 24 hours – we’ll email you as soon as it's ready for collection.
