How to Use ProRep Calci Dust

✔ For Herbivorous Reptiles (e.g., Tortoises, Iguanas) – Lightly sprinkle over fresh vegetables or plant matter just before feeding.
✔ For Insect-Eating Reptiles (e.g., Geckos, Chameleons, Bearded Dragons) – Place live insects into a plastic bag with a small amount of Calci Dust and shake gently to coat them. Feed immediately while the calcium is still attached.
✔ For Slow-Moving Insects – Cooling insects before dusting slows them down, ensuring they are eaten before the calcium falls off.

Important Notes

🦎 Calcium Absorption Requires Vitamin D3 – Reptiles need UVB lighting of the correct wavelength and intensity to synthesise vitamin D3 or must receive it through dietary supplements.
🌿 Do Not Overcoat Food – While Calci Dust cannot be overdosed, excessive amounts may be unpalatable. If your reptile is reluctant to eat, start with a small amount and gradually increase over time.
