Cardalis® Chewable Tablets for Dogs 5mg/40mg

Cardalis® is a prescription-only medication used to treat congestive heart failure in dogs caused by chronic degenerative valvular disease. Each tablet contains:

• Benazepril hydrochloride (5mg) – an ACE inhibitor that lowers blood pressure and reduces strain on the heart

• Spironolactone (40mg) – a potassium-sparing diuretic that helps eliminate excess fluid while protecting heart function

These two ingredients work synergistically to improve cardiac output and reduce symptoms of heart failure.
