Cimalgex 30mg chewable tablets contain Cimicoxib, an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) used for pain relief and inflammation control in dogs. It's commonly prescribed for osteoarthritis and post-operative pain management following orthopaedic or soft tissue surgery.
