By now we are hoping that you have taken a full tour of our website and found that special food, treat or toy for your pet and now you’re wondering about the delivery.
For those of you lucky pet owners who live in the Brighton and Hove area, any order you place will be put into our local deliveries section and will be allocated either a Wednesday or Friday afternoon delivery via our lovely driver Dave. Your order will usually be put on the nearest out of the two delivery days schedules, however on the rare occasion we are unable to send out your order on that day one of our team will call or email you to let you know.
Now for those of you animal enthusiasts that live outside of our seaside town we will deliver to you via our friends at DPD couriers. We put all national orders on a 24 hour express service however, we do ask that you give us 2 – 3 working days for delivery just in case.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £39.99 any orders under that will have a delivery charge of £4.99 added to them.
Deliveries to Scotland & Northern Ireland will cost a flat rate of £8.99.
What can you do to help with your delivery?
For all orders placed with us we kindly ask that when placing the order you include a landline or preferably mobile number and also a safe location where your order can be left incase you are not in when it is delivered.
What happens with Frozen deliveries?
We often get asked if we deliver any of our frozen foods nationally. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service. All of our frozen deliveries are for our local customers only as any further than this and the food would begin to defrost.
