Delivery
We will always attempt to despatch your order within 3 working days on a delivery schedule arriving with you within 48 hours of dispatch. More information can be found about our delivery schedules at www.acoombs.co.uk/delivery.asp.
On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day, our couriers will either contact one of your neighbours or leave your order in a safe place on your property. A Coombs cannot accept responsibility for the package once left.
Of course it is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order or which delivery day you would prefer. If you do not want us to leave your package if you are out, please let us know when placing your order.
Payment
Payment for goods or services will be accepted by all major Credit and Debot Cards, PayPal or Google Checkout. An account is not needed to pay by PayPal.
Limitation Of Liability And Warranty
All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which A Coombs cannot accept any liability.
If however, this effects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section above.
Warranty for all items remains with the manufacturer however we would appreciate you contacting us first should any item purchased be defective in any way.
The prices of our goods are checked for accuracy however we do reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale should a pricing error have been made.

Transfer of Title
All good remain the property of A Coombs until paid for in full. Where cheques have been received as payment, payment in full shall be regarded as the time when our bankers have verified the cheque to have cleared through the normal banking system.
