We will always attempt to despatch your order within 5 working days on a delivery schedule arriving with you within 48 hours after dispatch. More information can be found about our delivery schedules at www.acoombs.co.uk/delivery.asp.
On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day, our couriers will either contact one of your neighbours or leave your order in a safe place on your property. A Coombs cannot accept responsibility for the package once left.
Of course it is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order or which delivery day you would prefer. If you do not want us to leave your package if you are out, please let us know when placing your order.
Payment
Payment for goods or services will be accepted by most credit and debit cards. However, unfortunately we do not accept American Express cards.
You may also pay via Paypal.
Limitation Of Liability And Warranty
All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which A Coombs cannot accept any liability.
If however, this effects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section above.
Warranty for all items remains with the manufacturer however we would appreciate you contacting us first should any item purchased be defective in any way.
The prices of our goods are checked for accuracy however we do reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale should a pricing error have been made.

Refunds
Should you not be completely satisfied with a product bought from our website, it can be returned to us, as long as it is complete and in the original packaging for a full refund within 7 days however there will be a collection charge of up to 25 pounds. To notify us of your dissatisfaction, please call us on 01273 738016.
Should replacement goods be required, a further postage charge will be made to cover the costs of re-sending the new item.
