I was completely ill-prepared for the amount of care and treatment that was required to look after a fish.I thought that I could just buy a fish, and then stick that fish in a water pitcher and allow it to swim about. After a day, I noticed specks of dirt inside the pitcher, and, after that, noticed my fish sort of floating as opposed to swimming. I poked on the glass, and was happy to see it was still alive. Then I decided that I needed to buy proper equipment for my pet. After describing my situation to one of the staff members, I purchased a fully-equipped aquarium. It had everything I needed, and the staff member gave me a very good rundown of how to keep everything in good condition so my fish doesn't die. The staff, in general, are extremely knowledgeable, and are so keen to help. There is a very friendly, local atmosphere to the store, and they have a large selection of pet products for fish, birds, dogs, cats, and other small animals.

The range of products is superb. This is my cat's favourite shop. It's my favourite shop too. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - they even exchanged an unopened bag of dry food when my cat decided he didn't like the one I had opened. There's only one problem - it'd hard to decide what cat food to buy as so many are in stock. 5 stars and 10/10.

Excellent customer service and really helpful staff. A great selection of high-quality products and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. Will either use on-line service or pay a visit to the stores from now on. No need to go elsewhere as prices are good as well.
